By booking directly with The Ahuriri Hotel and/or their 3rd party hotel websites you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Parking
Public parking is available on site and costs NZD 15.00 per night. Reservation is required and subject to availability.
Payment Methods
A 3% surcharge applies when paying with Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
Incidentals Authorisation
Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of NZD 150 is required from a valid credit or debit card for incidentals. For debit cards and EFTPOS, an authorization of NZD 300 will be required. This amount will be released upon check-out and may take up to 7 days to be reversed. Cash bonds are not accepted.
Group Bookings
For bookings of more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Pet Policy
Pets weighing up to 10kg are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. There is a charge of NZD 150.00 per stay for the first pet and an additional NZD 50.00 for the second pet.
A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged upon check-in for additional cleaning – For the second pet an additional fee of $50 applies. We hold the right to increase the fee for any additional damages that might occur during your stay. Our housekeeping team will enter on a daily basis to look after your luxury experience.

Check-in Requirements
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Event Restrictions
The property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Age Restriction
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required upon arrival, to be collected via credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded on check-out, subject to inspection of the property.
